Team Wellness Challenges
- Choose a healthy lifestyle habit or challenge that everyone can participate in (if they choose).
- Post information about the challenge or activity in a common area (like a breakroom or on your door).
- Invite people to join you and track their own progress.
- Have fun! Understand that everyone has their own idea of fun. If you choose to plan any activities, get feedback from your team first.
- Update teammates with weekly reminders in an email or Teams chat.
- Host a healthy pitch-in lunch to celebrate the kick-off or end of the challenge.
- Recognize accomplishments and success! Share your stories with Healthy IU!
