Physical activity throughout your day is critical to the health of not only your body, but your mind and spirit as well. Grab a friend and take a walk or class at the fitness center.

    Next time you need a breath of fresh air, take a stroll around the IU Kokomo Walking Path, which is approximately 1 mile. Look for the red brick trail markers!

  • Free Indoor Track Access

    IU Kokomo faculty and staff have FREE access to the Milt and Jean Cole Family Wellness and Fitness Center Track from 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m., Monday through Friday. You must bring your faculty/staff ID to enter the track area.

    Twelve laps around the track equals one mile.
