- Why activity trackers are useful, and how they work
- Research on activity tracker wearability and behavioral changes
- Data discovered through IU's own "Ready to Move" student-coaching program
("Ready to Move" provides activity trackers to IU employees and pairs them with student coaches to find opportunities for movement throughout the day. Available on the IUB and IUPUI campuses.)
