Thank you for signing up for Healthy IU's Hydration Challenge! Day 1 of your challenge starts in 24 hours! 

During the 30-day challenge, you will participate by receiving an email every 5 days with hydration information and tracking your water intake. (Healthy IU will provide a PDF tracker tomorrow, but you can use a mobile app if you prefer to track on your phone. Feel free to track in any way that works best for you!)

After you have completed the 30-day challenge, you will receive a link to an Evaluation Survey. IU employees, and their spouses on an IU medical plan, who complete the challenge and the Evaluation Survey are eligible to receive a Healthy IU Water Bottle. (First-come, first-served. While supplies last.) Water bottles will be sent via Campus Mail.
