Good morning!

It's the final week, Week 6, of the Healthy IU Gratitude Challenge! Here's a reminder of what we're working on for this week:

  1. Access your Personal Online Tracker to complete an assessment of your Week 5 gratitude activity and pick the final gratitude activity you will work on for this challenge.
  2. Journal in Canvas about 5 minutes each day, 5 days per week.
  3. If you signed up for an online gratitude group and/or live weekly Zoom session, remember to participate.
 
 

Weekly Tip

Keep your gratitude habit going! What aspects of the challenge best served you—was it daily journaling, group support, or a particular activity? How did focusing on gratitude make you feel? Think about how you will continue your gratitude routine even after this challenge ends.
