- Access your Personal Online Tracker to complete an assessment of your Week 4 gratitude activity and pick the new activity you will work on this week.
- Journal in Canvas about 5 minutes each day, 5 days per week.
- If you signed up for an online gratitude group and/or live weekly Zoom session, remember to participate.

Weekly Tip
When you journal, go for "depth" over "breadth." Elaborating in detail about a particular person or thing for which you’re grateful carries more benefits than a superficial list of many things. |
