Good morning!

For Week 4 of the Healthy IU Gratitude Challenge, here's what to work on:

  1. Complete an assessment of your Week 3 gratitude activity and pick the new activity you will work on this week in your Personal Online Tracker.
  2. Journal in Canvas about 5 minutes each day, 5 days per week.
  3. If you signed up for an online gratitude group and/or live weekly Zoom session, remember to participate.
 
 

Weekly Tip

Think outside the box. Flex your gratitude muscles and get creative by looking for new situations and circumstances in which to feel grateful.
