Good morning!

It's Week 3 of the Healthy IU Gratitude Challenge, and here's what to work on:

  1. Complete an assessment of your Week 2 gratitude activity and pick the new activity you will work on this week in your Personal Online Tracker.
  2. Journal in Canvas about 5 minutes each day, 5 days per week.
  3. If you signed up for an online gratitude group and/or live weekly Zoom session, remember to participate.
 
 

Weekly Tip

See each item and experience in your gratitude journal as a gift. When journaling becomes just another item on your to-do list, it's easy to get numb to the regular sources of goodness in our lives. Instead, try to be aware of your feelings and how you relish and savor each gift in your imagination.
