Tough Conversations: De-escalation Training

De-escalation Training is 2, 2-hour sessions that focus on building skills to become effective at de-escalating and defusing emotional and stressful situations. These sessions focus on understanding and managing your response to stress, understanding and managing the stress of others, and learning effective de-escalation strategies.

Tiffany Lemons has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and leadership development. She has worked in both the nonprofit sector and the higher education sector. Through this work she has developed skills and expertise in a myriad of areas including conflict resolution, de-escalation, team building, assessing and developing organizational cultures, and leadership.
