Register for the Ready for Anything Challenge HERE
The Healthy IU Ready for Anything Challenge is a 3-week program designed to help participants prepare for unexpected situations at work, home, and on the road.
Each week focuses on a different preparedness theme and includes activities participants can choose from. Week 1 builds awareness of everyday safety resources, Week 2 focuses on recognizing and responding to medical emergencies, and Week 3 helps participants organize important information and plans for emergencies.
Participants who complete the challenge and the evaluation survey may receive a Healthy IU mini first aid kit while supplies last.
Thank you to IU Public Safety, INLOCC, and IUB School of Public Health for their expertise and partnership curating content for this challenge.
Being ready for unexpected situations is an important part of protecting our health and well-being. Emergencies—whether medical issues, accidents, or unexpected events—can happen at any time, and being prepared helps us respond quickly and effectively. Preparation can reduce stress, improve decision-making, and increase the chances of a positive outcome when something goes wrong. By taking small steps to prepare, we can create safer environments for ourselves and those around us while supporting both physical and mental health.
Register online any time by November 6, 2026 at midnight. The challenge will begin 24 hours after you register. Note: avoid signing up on a Friday, as your emails will be sent on the weekends.
