This Thursday, check out Cooking with Katie, hosted by the IU Bloomington Student Health Center's Registered Dietitian Katie Shepherd. She'll be demonstrating how to make Easy Chickpea Curry, to help you pack in plant-based foods this week!

Join Healthy IU Registered Dietitian Steven Lalevich this Wednesday for Nutrition Nuggets, as he shares food inspirations that can help you during the challenge!
