Challenge Incentive
IU employees, and their spouses on an IU medical plan, who participated in the challenge and complete the Evaluation Survey are eligible to receive a Healthy IU Water Bottle on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. The water bottles are made of stainless steel and are BPA-free. Water bottles will be sent via Campus Mail.
