Music Listening Self-Assessment
Research supports the use of music in particular for everything from improving respiration rates to relaxation for pain and stress management. The Music Listening Self-Assessment can help you map out your personal music preferences for listening.
Time Required: 15 minutes to complete, with periodic check-ins when needed throughout the week

How to Do It
Step 1: Download and complete the Music Listening Self-Assessment.
Step 2: This week, consult your answers to the self-assessment whenever you’re encountering a feeling or situation that music listening may support you in processing.
