Participants will learn how to spot rising anxiety levels among their team members, ease the concerns of employees who are overwhelmed or worried about the future, and engage in effective conversations about emotions in uncertain times. This training will illustrate how everyone at all levels can work together to build an environment that fosters camaraderie, productivity, and calm.
