Health Screenings

Explore some on-campus ways to measure your health.

  • Health Screenings

All full-time IU faculty and staff and their spouses on an IU medical plan are eligible to receive an annual free health screening with $100 (before tax) incentive. The health screening measures biometrics such as blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose levels, and body mass index (BMI). Screenings can be done on campus (free) or with your primary care physician (Healthy IU does not pay co-pays or deductibles).

  • Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure Machines

High blood pressure can lead to serious health risks. Because high blood pressure often has no symptoms, it’s important to regularly monitor your blood pressure.

    1. John W. Anderson Library/Conference Center—1st floor, near north entrance
    2. Moraine Student Center—hallway just outside of vending
