Have you previously participated in programs like Weight Watchers, WeightTalk, or Diabetes Prevention Program? Are you looking for ongoing support toward a lifelong healthy weight? This group is for you! Walk to Wellness is a chance for you to track progress and meet others with the same goals.
Each week’s agenda includes:
- The opportunity to weigh in
- A "tip of the week"
- Fun, friendship, and accountability
- A group walk
