Are you ready to deepen your appreciation for the present moment? This class is for anyone who would like to explore and practice the concept of mindfulness.
This program focuses on:
- Cultivating a mindfulness practice
- Recognizing and responding to stress with awareness and compassion
- Improving focus and communication
- Enhancing mind-body wellness
Employees are invited to the orientation to assess if this class meets their needs. Employees are encouraged to commit to attending each of the sessions.
