You are warmly welcome to participate in weekly 30-minute guided meditation practices. This is offered on a drop-in basis; you are invited to attend whenever it fits your needs and/or circumstances—no advance notice required. We hope you will benefit from this 30-minute span of stillness in the midst of your workday.

Open to all students, faculty, and staff! Practice mindful breathing, relaxation, and guided mindfulness meditation. The room opens at noon, and you are welcome to arrive early and eat your lunch in community. Please finish your lunch before we begin at 12:30 p.m.

Location information: The School of Dentistry Building is still under construction, so it can be difficult to find our meeting room. Please note that after entering the Dental School’s West Patient Entrance (the only entrance available at this time), the stairwell to our meeting room in the basement is in the most northeast corner of the building, just past of the offices of Student Affairs and Academic Affairs.
