Enjoy a mental health break with a mindful breathing practice and guided relaxation meditation on Mondays from 12:30-1 pm (ET) via Zoom.

Open to all students, faculty, and staff! Practice mindful breathing, relaxation, and guided mindfulness meditation. The room opens at noon, and you are welcome to arrive early and eat your lunch in community. Please finish your lunch before we begin at 12:30 p.m.
Location information: The only public entrance to the dental school is on Barnhill through the Fritts Clinic entrance. Walk straight back, through the waiting/registration area, through the glass connector hallway. At the end of the hallway you will make make 3 rights – right into the old building, another right down the hallway toward Michigan Street, then right down the hallway toward Barnhill where the administrative offices are (essentially you are making a horseshoe back toward the direction of Barnhill). When you get to the end of the administrative hallway, go down the stairs and we meet in Room B31, first room on the right after you make a quick left turn at the bottom of the stairs. When all else fails, ask a student to show you!
