Get the benefits of yoga without bringing your mat! This expert-led class explores yoga poses with the use of a chair. This class is great for both beginners and those with yoga experience.

Come to Chair Yoga for:

What to wear: Loose fitting clothes you can move and stretch in. Participants might want to wear pants or longer dresses/skirts.
