Please drop in; no registration is required.

Join us for some relaxation and light movement. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate and no previous yoga experience is required to attend. Throughout these sessions, there will be poses that require you to be in standing, seated and lying down postures, all of which will be broken down and cued at an appropriate tempo and pace. 

Please bring a mat or towel. Dress comfortably for stretching and movement.

All are welcome to join. Please wear a mask if you are not vaccinated or if you feel more comfortable in a small group.
