Take a noontime walk to the SPH and join us for some feel-good movements!
- Engage with students and learn from students as they learn from you!
- Learn basics of balance and flexibility movements you can perform at work & home.
- Wear your work attire. Workout clothes are not required.
Meet once a week for 30 minutes for a total of 8 sessions.
IU employees that register for this program allow students to meet their academic requirements in the course K492 Research in Kinesiology.
